Altstadt Brewery (Western Route) – An authentic Old World German-style destination brewery dedicated to making the purest, easy-drinking beers guided by the German beer purity laws of 1516. Altstadt’s beers are brewed using only four premium ingredients – hops, malt, and yeast imported from Germany and artesian spring water.
William Chris Winery (Eastern Route) – They pride themselves on making authentic, 100% Texas-grown wines. Come to share a piece of their world. They require reservations for tastings but always have an outdoor pavilion available for glass and bottle purchases, surrounded by stunning views of the Texas Hill Country and vineyard.
Hye Cider Company (Eastern Route) – Hye Cider’s offerings are small-batch, carefully crafted ciders. They use as many local ingredients as possible—the honey they use comes from the area and is for sale at the cidery.
Texas Hills Vineyard (Eastern Route) – Wines include Pinot Grigio, Sangiovese, Orange Moscato, Merlot, Syrah and more. Enjoy a picnic on the patio overlooking the vineyard. Locally made artisan cheeses and crackers available in the tasting room.
