Wines & Cider

At the heart of Texas Wine Collective is the opportunity to explore award-winning Texas wines and ciders produced right on-site. Selections rotate frequently, offering a variety of reds, whites, rosés, and hard ciders sourced from local vineyards. Recent highlights include the floral and citrus-forward Muscat of Alexandria, the berry-infused Sangiovese from Lost Oak, and bright, crisp summer rosés—each reflecting the terroir and craftsmanship of central Texas.

As at most wineries, Texas Wine Collective offers events throughout the year, such as Grape Stomp and Paella Party, Taste of TX Twirl and Sip, Member Loyalty Celebrations, Taste of TX Prime Wine and Pizza, Food Truck Fridays, live music, and ice cream and wine pairings. Texas Wine Collective offers a rich tapestry of tasting experiences—from casual bar flights to exclusive, reservation-only pairings—all designed to celebrate Texas wines in thoughtful and immersive ways. Each wine tasting experience is crafted to delight your palate, educate your senses, and create lasting memories.

Whether you’re tasting Texas wines for the first time or expanding your collection, there is an experience tailored just for you. You will begin your journey at their spacious tasting bar or head to a more intimate setting in the boardroom. The goal is the same: to gain insight into the vibrant Texas wine industry and sample an array of delicious varietals from Texas Wine Collective.

Here’s a look at some of the experiences you can choose from:

Signature Tasting Experience: This is a rotating selection of three Texas winemakers, pairing five wines for a guided tasting that’s perfect for newcomers and connoisseurs alike. Reservations are recommended for groups of six or more.
Pups & Patio Tasting Experience: Furry friends are welcome to unwind with you on scenic patios while sipping curated flights of Texas wine or cider. There are three menus, each offering five thoughtfully-selected options.
Chocolate & Wine Experience: This tasting features Texas Wine Collective wines alongside decadent chocolate treats to explore how wine complements sweet flavors.
Texas Cheese & Wine Experience: Enjoy five Texas cheeses perfectly matched with five dry white and red wines.
Hard Cider Tasting Experience: Celebrate Texas’ vibrant cider-making scene with a curated flight of Texan hard ciders, from crisp and refreshing to bold and complex.
Hidden Pour Experience: This takes place in an exclusive speakeasy-style Hidden Pour, where rare wines await in a private location. This intimate tasting is tailored to small groups of two to eight.
Elevated Tasting Experience: You will be led by a Texas Wine Collective Educator guide through a customized wine tasting paired with Texas cheeses in the Wine Club Lounge. You will also receive a complimentary Texas Wine Collective logo glass to take home.
Wine Club Member Tasting: Club members can enjoy up to four complimentary tastings per visit, available seven days a week.
