Hailing from the Texas Hill Plains of the Lone Star State, English Newsom Cellars boasts a multitude of award-winning varieties so you know there’s truly something for everyone. From crisp pinot grigios to full-bodied cabernet sauvignons, all the wines are sourced from around the globe, hand-selected by experienced sommeliers. Each wine tells its own story of family legacy, vineyard history, a passion for production. In fact, there are 23 wine varieties to select from.

The Edge Tasting Room and Restaurant forms the heart of The Resort, featuring 11,800 sq ft of indoor seating, an expansive back patio with gorgeous views of the Pedernales River and all the best sunsets you can imagine. Or, head up to the Member Tower to witness the highest point of Gillespie County. There’s also lots of live music and other events to enjoy all month long.

If you’ve always wanted to say in a cozy cottage right in a winery, you’re in luck. Stay at one of the many unique tiny houses, featuring cozy spaces and private patios for any outdoor adventure you may choose. In fact, you can stay and play on 140 acres not even one mile from downtown Fredericksburg.
If you’re hosting a group event such as a corporate meeting, wedding, retreat, graduation, or bachelorette party, you can have it in the on-site conference center, a spacious 11,800 sq ft venue. It features multiple breakaway private meeting rooms, as well as the multilevel Member Tower, and can accommodate groups of any size.
